Bill Maher talked to NYU professor Scott Galloway on Friday — who you may remember stunned America by saying something truthful on MSNBC’s Morning Joe recently — and on the topic of the protests at his and other universities Galloway once again spoke truth to jackasses.
He was on Real Time with fellow guest Don Lemon, who has little to no experience with truthy but thankfully isn’t in the trimmed clip below.
Galloway not only called out the double standards in the media and among elites, who debate free speech when it’s anti-Semitism being preached on campus but would be “sending in the National Guard” if it were racist statements against another minority group, but he also called out the radical professors who are feeding all this hatred to American college students.
Don’t forget, with these being high end and ivy league campuses, you can rest assured we’re not dealing with the brightest among us. So that’s a pretty good point about professors corrupting, well, idiots.
But even with Galloway’s many left leaning beliefs, his speaking truth on the double standards and the hypocrisy of the left is one of the freshest breaths of air from academia – and media for that matter — in a while.
Although I’d say don’t hold out hope it lasts. They’ll get to him sooner or later and probably sooner.
