This is good example of how pathetic the prosecution’s case is right now in Rittenhouse case…

The prosecutor is continuing to cross-examine Drew Hernandez and it’s honestly pathetic. Even the judge has to get on to him for reminding Hernandez he’s under oath:

The prosecutor is just making generalizations hoping to get Hernandez to slip up and agree to something so he can impugn his motives in this case.

He starts by asking Hernandez if he posted videos in “support” of Rittenhouse, but that goes nowhere after Hernandez says he posted the same video that is in evidence today.

He then asks Hernandez if he posted disparaging remarks on that video. But Hernandez asks him to specify what comments he’s referring to and the prosecutor refuses, suggesting he should remember what he wrote. Hernandez says he posts many times a day on Twitter and doesn’t know what the prosecutor is referring to.

Then the prosecutor says “sir I’m going to ask you a question under oath” and that’s when the judge steps in to tell him he doesn’t allow lawyers to remind the witnesses they are under oath. The judge says “of course they are under oath” and that by reminding the witness they are under oath, it’s a suggestion that the witness isn’t being truthful. He tells him to stop doing that.

Then the prosecutor gets super nit-picky, asking Hernandez why he refers to Kyle Rittenhouse as ‘Kyle’ on Twitter when he refers to Joseph Rosenbaum as ‘Mr. Rosenbaum’.

Hernandez replies “That’s his legal name. What else am I supposed to call him?”

Seriously, the prosecutor has NOTHING. This line of question is as pathetic as it gets.
