There’s a man laying in the middle of the street blocking one of those double decker buses in London. He’s just laying there with his legs crossed while the bus just sits there, waiting for him to move.
In this video, no one even gets close to him to move him out of the way:
I assume this man is a Muslim immigrant from the angry way he talks, but he could be a Londoner with mental illness. He shouted at a man who he didn’t know and said “I’d have killed you” over and over before relaxing.
There were some sirens or alarm near the end but no police ever came to move him. I would hope they eventually did.
