In this really interesting segment, Rush Limbaugh hits back at people who made fun of him for being upset over the budget, lead among them, Greg Gutfeld.

At first Rush sounds like he’s glorying over the media figures who are jealous about him. But then he goes to respond to Gutfeld. Here’s what the short Fiver said, “The only people who got rolled are the people who believed that Trump was a small government conservative. For Rush Limbaugh to be upset about this seems a little rich because anybody saw this coming.”
Rush goes on and on to prove that he totally expected this, because he’s already accepted that Trump is NOT conservative. That’s why he changed the name of the “Institute for Advanced Conservative Studies” to the “Institute for Advanced Anti-Leftist Studies.” So he’s NOT upset that the budget isn’t conservative, he’s just upset that the Democrats get to say they win. Quite an intellectual, that Rush.
SO then, if he saw this coming all along, why is he upset? Everything’s just great, right?
