When Biden was taking questions from reporters today, he made a statement that once again reminds us that he’s not all there.
After being asked about Putin, Biden said this:

Just now Biden couldn’t even say the word ‘concentrated’ while giving a speech on the horrible Biden economics:

This isn’t normal. But nobody seems to want to make a big deal about something like this unless it’s a Republican doing it.
