Here’s a video from San Francisco this weekend that shows the all too often smash-n-grab happening to a car parked on the side of the road for just five minutes.

“…Traveling toward Oakland.” Yep, that sounds about right. And nothing will happen to these thugs because what they stole probably doesn’t cost enough. And it’s not a violent crime.
