This video ad from Ron DeSantis today on having faith in God and the pursuit of truth really got to me today. I think it is the best ad I’ve seen from him for the entire primary.

And the funny thing about it is that it’s not some tear-jerker story about someone or something. It’s simply all DeSantis.

I absolutely love the first line which says so much about the man: “I’ve never been so presumptuous to think that God is on my side. I just do everything I can to make sure I’m on his side.”
