This is really just amazing. I can’t hardly even credit it as real. MSNBC jackass Mehdi Hasan blatantly lies right through his misshapen teeth, to the delight of serial propagandist Ali Velshi, who is one of the ten worst people cable TV news has ever produced. And buddy that’s saying something.
You remember Velshi. He’s the guy who stood in front of a burning building and called it mostly peaceful. So he has a vested interest in pretending nothing happened of any violent import during the year of riots. And that’s what his entire segment was about.
Then he said that what’s crazy about the Capitol riot (He didn’t call it mostly peaceful) was how evil everyone was as opposed the benevolent antifa/BLM saints. And Mehdi Hasan was REALLY REALLY excited about that point.
“The aim of those people was to overrun the Capitol, maybe to execute legislators, take them hostage, definitely to stop a constitutional process,” said Hasan. “No one can accuse any Black Lives Matter or even Antifa protesters of trying to do that last year.”
Then he went even further in the crazy hole. “You remember the scenes in Portland, Oregon, where they were tear gassing people just for standing outside federal buildings or state buildings,” he said. “So this is absurd, the double standard.”
