I’m not calling this the worst ever clip of Joe Biden’s ‘dementia’ because we all know there were times in 2020 that Biden spewed literal mumbo jumbo during speeches.
But this clip is bad.
It happened yesterday morning (sorry I missed it) when Biden was asked by a reporter if he was considering delaying the lifting of Title 42. Biden totally responded by talking about the mask mandate.

I don’t know if Biden was off his meds yesterday or what but he absolutely confused the mask mandate with Title 42 and they aren’t even remotely related.
Not only did he confuse them but he referred to the mask mandate being repealed as ‘Title 42’. And he had no clue that he was even doing it.
