This radio ad supporting Rep. French Hill in the black community is…HOLY CRAP!

This radio ad supporting Congressman French Hill from Arkansas on radio stations in the black community is…off the hook. I’m not even sure what to say. You’ve just got to hear it:

In case it doesn’t play for you, here’s a partial transcript from Buzzfeed:

Hill and Republicans “know that it’s dangerous to change the presumption of innocence to a presumption of guilt, especially for black men,” a woman says in the ad.

“If the Democrats can do that to a white justice of the Supreme Court with no evidence, no corroboration, and all of her witnesses including her best friend say it didn’t happen, what will happen to our husbands, our fathers, or our sons when a white girls lies on them?” the woman says.

“Girl, white Democrats will be lynching black folk again,” a second woman replies.

The first woman then says she has warned her son, “Don’t be messin’ around with that…if you get caught, she will cry rape.”

The ad urges voters to support Hill “because we have to protect our men and boys.”

“We can’t afford to let white Democrats take us back to bad old days of race verdicts, life sentences, and lynchings when a white girl screams rape,” the ad concludes.

Wow. I don’t think I’ve ever heard a Republican ad like this before. I get the sense that the people at Black Americans for the President’s Agenda PAC running this ad are tired of Democrats being the only ones to play hardball like this. But wow.

A Vice News reporter contacted the owner of the Black Americans for the President’s Agenda PAC..

Just got off the phone with Vernon Robinson, who runs the PAC airing this ad—he’s spending a little less than $50K total to air it on urban contemporary radio in the St. Louis, Kansas City & Little Rock markets for 2 wks

And Rep Hill has already condemned the ad as OUTRAGEOUS:

Here’s a few responses from conservative Twitter:
