A suspect shot three police officers in the Heritage Park neighborhood of Cedar Creek, Texas. Police last reported it as a still active scene and residents have been advised to stay indoors.
It was initially reported by an officer that it was a hostage situation, with children under threat.
I’m being advised it’s a hostage situation, shooter claiming to kill children if police enter.
