Toobin BATTLES Dershowitz on whether Trump committed a crime!!

CNN’s legal analyst Jeffrey Toobin battled it out with Alan Dershowitz over whether there’s evidence in Comey’s testimony released today that Trump committed a crime.

I like the part towards the end where Toobin opines that he president cannot engage in corrupt acts to protect his political interests, and use the FBI to to do so, and Dershy says YES HE CAN!!! I’m gonna pretend to know the law as well as either of these guys, but when one guy says the president can engage in corrupt acts, I tend to wonder.

I think Mark Levin might have been of the opposing opinion however:
