Trump’s attorney was on Good Morning America this morning to defend him against accusations that he violated campaign finance laws by paying off Stormy Daniels.
According to Joe Tacopina, Trump does not intend to testify before the grand jury despite receiving an invitation to do so.
When asked about the payments made to Daniels, Tacopina suggested that Trump was being extorted by Daniels and had to pay the money to avoid embarrassment to his family, regardless of the campaign.

Tacopina suggested the payments had nothing to do with the 2016 campaign and accused the Manhattan DA of going after a victim of extortion.
