Trump attorney releases NEW statement on Trump dictating Trump Jr’s Russia statement

Fox News is reporting that Jay Sekulow, President Trump’s attorney, has released a short statement on the report that alleges that Trump dictated Trump Jr.’s initial statement on the recently uncovered Russia meeting.

Here’s the statement:

Honestly I’m not sure what exactly that tells us. Did Trump dictate it or not? Did he help? Did he not help?

Here’s the full report on this by Fox News:

They give us Trump Jr.’s initial statement once again, which states:

“It was a short introductory meeting. I asked Jared and Paul to stop by. We primarily discussed a program about the adoption of Russian children that was active and popular with American families years ago and was since ended by the Russian government, but it was not a campaign issue at the time and there was no follow up…”

As far as Trump dictating the above statement, Fox News reports Trump’s legal team is saying that even if Trump did dictate it word for word, legally there’s nothing wrong with that.
