The press loves the way the pandemic has let them cover Trump without covering Trump. Middle East peace meeting? Where were the masks? Judge Barrett appointment? Where’s the social distance?
No matter the circumstance, when you are gathered in any setting, far apart or close together, outdoors or indoors, healthy or unhealthy, if you’re in any way connected to Trump they’ll find a way to say you didn’t wear a mask or that someone else nearby didn’t wear one and you are a jerk for not punching that person in the face.
But the don’t like it so much when it’s them. Trump busted Lesley Stahl today and they are crying like babies.
