This morning Trump went after the fake news media again, saying that they are largely responsible for the “Anger” in our country. He said it’s gotten so bad it’s “beyond description” and said they must clean up their act:

Trump is clearly talking about the anti-Trump, post-Kavanaugh political mood in the country, not about the envelope bombs or the person(s) sending them to Democrats, which he has already condemned.
But that didn’t stop reporters from accusing him of “blaming the victims”:

Let me just stop here. CNN wasn’t technically the recipient of the bomb letter yesterday. Sure, it was sent to their building but it was addressed to John Brennan. Of course we all know what happened as we saw it unfold on television, but that doesn’t change the fact that it was sent to Brennan and not the CEO of CNN or one of their anchors or reporters.
Then of course we have tweets like this, where reporters are blaming Trump for these ‘mail bombs’:
