There’s been reports in the last couple days that Trump wanted to restart the child separation policy.
So of course the press asked Trump about it today and as they were leaving he gave them a dose of truth when it comes to the policy that he has no intention of reinstating.

Trump’s not wrong. The press didn’t care one iota that Obama separated families. They never made a peep.
But as soon as his administration continued the same policy, after taking a zero-tolerance approach to illegal immigration, all hell broke loose in the media. Due to the immense pressure Trump did put a stop to it. But, of course, now you have despicable Democrats saying horrible things about Trump and those in his administration because of it.
Nevermind that a court ruling forced them to do it in the first place.
I also like how Trump pointed out that it was the Obama administration who built the cages we saw in pictures, not his administration.
But as he says at the end, the press won’t accurately report this.
