Trump tweeted this morning that he will be holding a big press conference announcing the fact that he will be fully leaving his business in order to run the country. He suggests running the country is too important a task to have conflicts of interest:

He may not have to do it, but this is what he promised to do all along. He said in the primary that he would walk away from his business, leaving it to his children to run.
So I guess it’s good to see him following through on that promise.
