Over the weekend we posted the interview where former CIA and FBI official Phil Mudd blew his top at Trump supporter Paris Dennard over the security clearance issue. if you missed it, here’s a short clip where Mudd loses it:
"Zero. I get zero dollars from consulting companies that deal with U.S. government. Are we clear?" Counterterrorism analyst Phil Mudd takes exception to commentator Paris Dennard's suggestion that he benefits financially from his security clearance https://t.co/kPjQ9VFu4t pic.twitter.com/rTdipyFavC

Wow. That guy needs to cool his jets a little. Wow.
Back to tonight. Apparently Trump just watched the interview and is now threatening to take away Mudd’s security clearance as well:
Just watched former Intelligence Official Phillip Mudd become totally unglued and weird while debating wonderful @PARISDENNARD over Brennan’s Security Clearance. Dennard destroyed him but Mudd is in no mental condition to have such a Clearance. Should be REVOKED? @seanhannity

Trump is questioning Mudd’s ‘mental condition’? Mudd certainly did lose it, but I’m not sure one meltdown on a TV interview constitutes a good evaluation of a mental condition needed for a security clearance.
But hey, if he doesn’t need it anymore, he doesn’t need it. It’s really that simple.
