Today Trump published a letter from Stormy Daniels saying she never had an affair with him. And this was after she was paid hush money.
I was a little gun shy on publishing this since the letter Trump posted yesterday wasn’t what he claimed.
But I haven’t found anything disputing it yet.
And at the time TMZ reported that Daniel’s representative, Gina Rodriguez, confirmed the letter was signed by Daniels.
If this is true, why did Cohen and Trump pay her $130k to hush her up?
And since they did pay her, was this part of her non-disclosure agreement to sign denials like this? I’m still not convinced it’s an accurate representation of what really happened.
But don’t get me wrong. Even if it’s true, it doesn’t justify what the Manhattan DA is trying to do to Trump.
I’m just a bit more cautious about this since Trump’s letter yesterday that turned out not to be true.
