As you know, Trump is currently in Japan this Memorial Day weekend and apparently Kim Jong Un fired off some small weapons today.
A few moments ago Trump tweeted about it, saying that he has confidence that “Chairman Kim” will keep his promise to him:
“North Korea fired off some small weapons, which disturbed some of my people, and others, but not me. I have confidence that Chairman Kim will keep his promise to me, & also smiled when he called Swampman Joe Bidan a low IQ individual, & worse. Perhaps that’s sending me a signal?”

I must say that sounded to me like Trump is sending Kim a diplomatic warning, letting him know he still expects him to live up to his promise.
According to CBS Austin, John Bolton was one of the people around Trump who was disturbed by the weapons fire:
One person who was disturbed was National Security Adviser John Bolton.
“U.N. Security Council resolutions prohibit North Korea from firing any ballistic missiles,” Bolton told reporters in Japan Saturday. “In terms of violating U.N. Security Council resolutions, there is no doubt about that.”
As far as the joke about “Joe Bidan” goes…
After Biden, who is running for the 2020 Democratic presidential nomination, accused Trump of cozying up to “dictators and tyrants” like Kim last week, Pyongyang’s official news agency dismissed him as “”an imbecile bereft of elementary quality as a human being” and a “fool of low IQ,” according to CBS News.
Heh.
