This happened a little while ago. Trump got on Twitter and said he was worried about Russia getting involved in this year’s election!
I’m very concerned that Russia will be fighting very hard to have an impact on the upcoming Election. Based on the fact that no President has been tougher on Russia than me, they will be pushing very hard for the Democrats. They definitely don’t want Trump!

I don’t really think Trump is serious with this tweet. I think he’s just trolling the Democrats and media over their reaction to his summit with Putin.
I mean to be fair, he should be worried about Russia’s involvement especially considering the warnings of his own DNI. And perhaps he really is, but I suspect this tweet was simply for media and Democrat consumption only.
