Trump took to Twitter this morning to point out that some in both the FBI and DOJ politicized their investigations in order to help Democrats:
The top Leadership and Investigators of the FBI and the Justice Department have politicized the sacred investigative process in favor of Democrats and against Republicans - something which would have been unthinkable just a short time ago. Rank & File are great people!

As you can see Trump made sure not to disparage the whole FBI, which is a good thing.
He also went on to quote Tom Fitton from Judicial Watch to put things in perspective:

Sounds about right.
Expectations are that the memo should come out sometime today unless they postpone it again. As far as I know, the FBI hasn’t changed their ‘grave concerns’ stance on it.
