El Trumpo is really hitting the Twitter hard today. Earlier he went on a long rant about demanding Republicans change the rules of Congress to pass Obamacare repeal.
Now he went back to hammering Republicans:

Which is more than fair, given what I’ve seen in my timeline – people are truly fed up with the GOP after their health care debacle.
But then there’s this:
If a new HealthCare Bill is not approved quickly, BAILOUTS for Insurance Companies and BAILOUTS for Members of Congress will end very soon!

What is he talking about? There are bailouts for members of Congress? Does he mean personal bailouts or all that pork that is sent to their congressional districts?
He just doesn’t seem very good at this, does he?
