They’re not allowed to. The NSA can’t listen to or monitor the conversations or communications of American citizens. That’s not to say no part of the government can do it, but the NSA is prohibited.
Or, they’re SUPPOSED to be. But as Tucker Carlson outlined last night, that’s not stopping them from leaking info on HIM to the libs in the MSM. And why? You know why. To discredit him. Because that’s what government does, it’s what lib bureaucrats do, it’s the Democrat way. It’s how the media works under Biden: as an arm of the state.
