Today Jim Acosta, thinking he was being clever, revealed his partisanship in a tweet against Trump’s executive order idea to stop birthright citizenship.
Here’s his tweet:

He’s actually not wrong. But I know what you’re all thinking.
It’s the same thing EVERYONE else on the right was thinking when he said it.
Here’s a few examples:

I'm trying to recall when you said this about Obama with his phone and his pen. 🤔 https://t.co/8vIB1kaodo— Linda Suhler, PhD (@LindaSuhler) October 30, 2018
What an absolute fraud. Obama bypassed congress and legalized millions of people with an executive order. There is zero chance you protested. https://t.co/3CajRxxICk— David Harsanyi (@davidharsanyi) October 30, 2018
I actually went back to see what Acosta had to say about Obama’s executive order on DACA. Nothing really. He just tweeted three times on it and they were all just statements from senior Obama officials. Not once did he ever tweet anything remotely like this about any of Obama’s executive orders.
No back then he was having fun with the idea of executive orders:
