UGH VIDEO – Major deadly crash caused another New York CDL holder who can’t speak English

Another deadly crash was caused by immigrant-turned-American citizen who was given a CDL by New York State two years go even though the man can’t speak English.

This time it was a bus accident, that left five people killed and over 40 sent to the hospital, several of which were critical.
