Secretary of State Marco Rubio has done such an outstanding job that the odds of him winning the presidential primary race in 2028 are now surging against that of Vice President JD Vance, which appear to be faltering.

This could make for a very interesting presidential primary if these two juggernauts decide to go at it. Rubio is getting a lot of attention, including from President Trump who has repeatedly hailed him as the best Secretary of State in the history of the country.
