The Biden-appointed federal judge who refused earlier this week to give Pritzker an injunction against President Trump sending the National Guard to Chicago, did so today after the hearing she scheduled.

The Guard is already in Chicago so I’m not sure what this Temporary Restraining Order does in relation to that. However, ask Cleveland suggested, this is going to be appealed immediately and I’m sure it will be overturned.
