A woman was harassed by what’s known as a ‘volunteer police officer’ in London and was told that she was not allowed to sing church songs outside of the church.
I looked up these ‘volunteer police officers’ and this is what I found: “Special constables are volunteer police officers who play a vital role in our mission to make London safer.”
