Upstate New York bars defy lockdown order with $1 menu and ‘Cuomo chips’ to mock governor

I don’t think many people understand just how much of New York state has nothing to do with New York City, and how much those people out there hate everything radiating out the Big Apple and the liberals that rule the state. Case in point, some upstate New York bars are getting very clever to get around Cuomo’s lockdown order.

So. For those not into the whole “watching videos” thing, there are bars that are now adding “Cuomo chips” as a charge to every bar bill so that they can be in compliance with Cuomo’s order that a bar can stay open as long as they serve food. This is MEANT to apply to restaurant/bars, but defiant bars are cleverly finding a workaround.
