Squad member Cori Bush has just read a statement in front of the Capitol on the investigation into her alleged misuse of campaign funds.
Of course she says she did nothing wrong and blames ‘baseless accusations’ by ‘right-wing’ organizations that have led to the investigation.

This isn’t just some baseless accusation. The DOJ convened a grand jury and they decided to subpoena documents from the House because it looks like she misused funds.
Maybe she will be innocent when all this shakes out. But this isn’t the first member of Congress who claimed they were innocent when they absolutely were not.
