The criminal illegal suspects involved in the shooting of an off-duty CBP officer arrived at a hospital in New York City on the same moped used in the crime, at which point the non-injured illegal dumps his friend on the sidewalk and speeds off.

Well this would explain how they caught this illegal so quickly. But it should only be a matter of time before they catch the other guy, especially since they’ve got good video now.
