[VIDEO] – Frustrated Mark Meadows suggests Rod Rosenstein needs to GO…

Rep. Mark Meadows is among those in Congress who are livid with the Deputy AG over not providing subpoenaed documents to House. In this short interview, Meadows suggests that this Congressional anger over Rosenstein is greater than Trump’s frustration with Rosenstein with regard to the Russia investigation, and even says if he’s not willing to do his job he needs to go and fine one he will do.

Watch:

Meadows isn’t just frustrated at Meadows, but also at FBI Director Christopher Ray on the same issue and suggests both contempt and impeachment are tools they are willing to use to get compliance with their subpoenas. He does add, though, that the hopes they comply before either of those tools are employed.

This matches watch Nunes said last night on Laura Ingraham’s show:

House Intelligence Committee chairman Rep. Devin Nunes of California suggested he has a plan to target deputy attorney general Rod Rosenstein and FBI director Christopher Wray.

“We’re not going to just hold in contempt, we will have a plan to hold in contempt and to impeach,” Nunes said to Fox News host Laura Ingraham on Tuesday evening.

“We’re not messing around here,” Nunes continued.

Nunes’ statement comes after he reportedly encouraged Republican lawmakers to hold FBI director Christopher Wray and deputy attorney general Rod Rosenstein in contempt, should the Justice Department refuse to provide him an unredacted two-page document showing the justification for the Russia probe.

“We’re at a boiling point where we need this,” Nunes said.

“I can tell you this. We are going to get the document,” Nunes said. “We’re going to get the two pages. So they can either cough them up now, or it will get really complicated starting tomorrow night.”

Just to point out (in case you didn’t watch the video), Meadows did say he’s already met with the new guy Sessions put in charge of getting these documents together, but he says the new guy can’t tell them how many documents they’re going to deliver, when they are going to deliver them, or how they are going to redact. So it sounds like to me this ‘new guy’ isn’t calming the waters between the DOJ and Congress at all.

Also in the video, Meadows answers questions about Scott Pruitt. Watch for more…
