The IDF rescued two Israeli hostages in Gaza overnight who were held captive by Hamas. The hostages were rescued in a joint operation between the IDF, Shin Bet and Israeli police from a civilian building in Rafah after a firefight with Hamas.
The hostages names are Fernando Marman (60) and Louis Har (70).
Watch the statement by the IDF Spokesman below:
“This rescue mission underscores the importance of our ground operation in Gaza. We have a moral obligation to bring all our hostages home, an obligation that we will continue doing everything in our power to fulfill.”
