So spend more money, he says, to help the economy. Or something.

Rapid recovery? What rapid recovery? Things are in the toilet now because inflation is out of control, yet Biden is claiming everything is wonderful.
Also, he said “the price of inflation is down”. Um, what exactly is the ‘price of inflation’?
And inflation is not down. It’s terribly high still compared to where it was when Biden came into office. Just like gas prices:
