[VIDEO] Kari Lake now spreading disgusting lies about Ron DeSantis

Kari Lake today is spreading ridiculous and shameful lies about Governor DeSantis. She, like Trump, had nothing but wonderful things to say about him before he ran for president.

In an interview with PBD Podcast she claimed DeSantis shut the beaches down, forced face masks on children and forced vaccines on people. She even says he took a page out of Gavin Newsom’s book.

Unbelievable. I used to respect Kari Lake but it turns out she’s just like Trump in that she’ll shamelessly lie in order to help her candidate win. It’s disgusting.

What she’s referring to with regard to the beaches was the first month of the pandemic, which is incredibly dishonest spin. Nearly every state in the country shut everything down in the first month of the pandemic. But DeSantis quickly began opening his state back up, including the beaches. And he fought local officials who wanted to shut down their beaches, preventing them from doing it.

As far as forcing masks on children and vaccines on people, I don’t know what the heck she’s talking about because it isn’t true!

DeSantis Press Secretary Bryan Griffin says: “This is a flat-out lie from @KariLake and she should be ashamed to say it. When it was least popular, and often while standing alone, @RonDeSantis did the things she’s only now chirping about supporting. He never mandated masks or vaccines. He took the heat to lead the nation in opening up, getting kids back in school, and legislatively prohibiting these abuses from ever happening in his state again.”
