Joe Scarborough apparently has his panties in a wad over the Arizona election audit and started ranting this morning about American democracy and how people who don’t believe in it should leave the country or something:
Seriously, Scarborough sounds like the insufferable Keith Olbermann in this video. I don’t get all the rage though, because if Joe Biden won fair and square, then the audit will reveal that. Why do they oppose it so?
Scarborough acts like the audit is an affront to American democracy, but in reality it supports American democracy because it will tell us what really happened in Maricopa County. If there was massive fraud that went on, it will be exposed and that’s good for democracy. If there wasn’t, then this audit will uphold the results of the election. Either way, American democracy wins.
In related news I wanted to post this tweet from two days ago regarding the deleted databases in Maricopa County:

I post this because it had been reported by the media that the GOP had walked back claims that the databases had been deleted, based on the testimony of Cotton. But Cotton clarified his comments to make sure that people knew the databases had been deleted and that he has recovered them. Hopefully the databases will be usable.
