A federal judge is reportedly leaning towards forcing President Trump to use the emergency funds to cover the SNAP program, since benefits expire tomorrow.

The biggest problem with this entire scenario is that this is NOT an emergency, it’s a hostage situation. Chuck Schumer and his Democrat horde in the Senate could easily prevent the SNAP benefits from expiring by passing the clean CR in the Senate.
A true emergency would constitute a nature disaster or something akin to that, and this is not that. It would be foolish to spend emergency money like this when Schumer can stop this at any point.
