Walmart has become the target of a new call to boycott the stores after it was found to be selling “Impeach 45” t-shirts:
FOX NEWS – Walmart has found itself on the receiving end of a torrent of outrage after it was discovered Monday that the superstore was selling anti-Trump “Impeach 45” apparel on its website.
The outcry sparked a #BoycottWalmart trend on Twitter as users expressed their distaste for the chain promoting the impeachment of President Trump, echoing some Congressional Democrats.
Ryan Fournier, chairman of the group Students for Trump, was one of the first to discover Walmart was selling the clothing item, according to the International Business Times. He asked the company in a tweet, “What kind of message are you trying to send?”
.@walmart why are you selling Impeach 45 baby clothes on your website?????

Old Glory is the company that sells the “Impeach 45” apparel and it’s not the only one. A quick search on Walmart.com revealed three other companies selling Trump impeachment merchandise.
A search for “Make America Great Again” apparel yielded plenty of hats, T-shirts and coffee mugs as well.
A request for comment by Fox News wasn’t immediately returned.
It’s not the first time Walmart has caused a stir.
I honestly think this is kinda dumb. Walmart probably didn’t even know they sold it as it’s actually coming from their “Old Glory” vendor. But the fact that they are selling it doesn’t matter to me one iota, as they are selling plenty of MAGA-related stuff. If you don’t want to buy it, don’t buy it. But to call for a boycott over something so silly is…well silly.
Besides, all this outcry is going to do is help walmart.com sell a bunch of “Impeach 45” t-shirts. Nobody who normally shops at Walmart is really going to boycott the store, because they know Walmart is one of the cheaper grocery/department stores around. That’s why they shop there.
So in the end Old Glory will end up very happy and Walmart will just keep chugging along as they usually do.
