WATCH: Alan Dershowitz suggests it’s possible Powell and Giuliani can win, but the bar is high…

Alan Dershowitz was on with Maria Bartiromo this morning to weigh in on the case that Sidney Powell and Rudy Giuliani have about two weeks to make for Trump to prevail:

Dershowitz says there’s at least two elements that Trump will need in order to make a convincing argument: the legal argument and the numbers.

He noted they have two winning legal arguments in Pennsylvania. The first, on how the courts changed what the legislature did regarding counting the vote after election day and the second on equal protection, how some counties allowed ballots to be cured and others didn’t.

The problem with winning these cases, Dershowitz adds, will be in proving that there were enough ballots in both cases to overturn the election results, which is a high bar.

In regards to the Dominion case, Dershowitz says it sounds like they have the numbers but since he hasn’t seen the evidence, it’s hard to say whether they can pull that one off in the next two weeks.
