A man who was reportedly having a cigarette during lunch was arrested by police in Melbourne, Australia for being outside without a mask when he was only a few hundred meters from his home:
In the video, police officers say the man had “no valid reason to be there” and wasn’t wearing a mask. They say they asked him to leave and he refused, so this is the result.
