One of Obama’s favorite henchmen sat down in an interview with Nicholas Ballasy over the weekend regarding the beginnings of the Russia probe and he doesn’t come off sounding very convincing in his denials:
“I haven’t even read this whole dossier. Like, you guys are all fixated on this. Like have fun, have your witch hunt. Like, we did not initiate this. Like we did not – you know this to be true! So I don’t know why you’re asking me these questions.”
Could he say the word ‘like’ anymore?
It’s a wonder that Rhodes even did this interview because he just doesn’t sound prepared for these questions at all. He sounds very defensive with a lot of hemming and hawing all the way through.
Sean Davis tweeted that “Ben Rhodes is a very unconvincing liar” in response to the video and I think that’s exactly the way it comes across.
