A Berkeley Law School dean just admitted before a class that he and his staff racially discriminate when it comes to hiring faculty, which is a violation of law.

It’s really amazing that we’ve come to this point in America, where racial discrimination is suddenly okay as long as it doesn’t benefit the white man. Which is ironic considering Chemerinsky is white. He’d be rejected by his own faculty staff using his own policy.
