Bernie Sanders has a new strategy to defend raising taxes to pay for his socialist policies and you’re gonna love it:
Bernie tells CNN’s Anderson Cooper that the American people “would be delighted to pay more in taxes” to pay for his socialist policies like Medicare For All, etc.
This reminds me of that scene from Star Wars where Obi-Wan Kenobi says “these aren’t the droids you’re looking for”. Because that’s almost exactly what Bernie is doing here in order to justify higher taxes to pay for his mammoth government programs.
What Bernie isn’t telling people, however, is that after paying these much higher taxes how upset they will be when they are forced to wait six months to a year to get a surgery they need now. Or when someone they know dies because they were given a pill instead of that life-saving operation or pacemaker they needed.
