WATCH: Biden adviser claims gas prices will remain HIGH because “this is about the future of the liberal world order”

Yesterday a clip of Biden’s economic adviser Brian Deese shocked twitter as he claimed that Americans will have to stand firm on high gas prices because this is about the future of the liberal world order.

Here’s a longer version of that clip:

First things first. The term ‘liberal world order’ isn’t referring to what some are suggesting on social media.

I’m not defending Team Biden but it is important to understand what they mean. The term ‘liberal world order’ in this context is actually referring to Ukraine defeating Russia’s invasion. It essentially refers to the way things were before Russia invaded Ukraine in this post Soviet Union landscape.

But to get to the real point, this is just another way of Biden blaming Putin for high gas prices and that’s exactly what Deese is doing here.

And then Deese has the audacity to say “you have a president and an administration that is going to do everything in its power to blunt those price increases and bring those prices down.”

Yeah, we all know that is absolutely not true. Nothing but lies. If Biden really wanted gas prices down, his admin would have granted the permits needed for pipelines and drilling to oil companies so they could ‘drill baby drill’. If Biden wanted gas prices down, he wouldn’t have killed the Keystone pipeline on day one. Etc. Etc. Etc.

These excuses and lies in this clip are what really offends and why Democrats will be in for a reckoning in about five months from now.

All that being said, you can believe this phrase ‘liberal world order’ will make it into some campaign ads this year:
