I honestly don’t know what Biden is thinking. In the video below he gets uncomfortably defensive when a reporter asks him why Iowans would want to change from Trump and vote for him:

He literally says “I’m not going to” when asked to make his case. Why is he even campaigning in Iowa then?
Also, Biden’s supposition that they all had jobs before Trump came in is absolutely incorrect. Here’s a quick chart from YCharts on Iowa’s unemployment rate for the last 5 years…

I found the full Biden clip if you want to watch below. He actually does ‘make his case’ after saying he wouldn’t. But it’s just bizarre that he reacted that way in the first place. Sounds like maybe he’s getting burned out already.
