At Tuesday’s press briefing, Jen Psaki was asked twice about Biden instituting draconian gun control (the draconian is implied) and she POINTEDLY chose not to rule out Biden just waving the magic executive action pen to bypass Congress and, oh yeah, that little old silly document weirdos are always worrying about called the UNITED STATES CONSTITUTION.

In the first clip, the reporter asks about timeframe for “common sense” (see? Draconian implied.) gun control going through congress.
“The President [asterisk implied] is somebody throughout his career who has advocated for smart gun safety measures, he has not afraid of standing up to the NRA, he’s done it multiple times and won,” she said, without committing to a timeline or even sending through congress at all.
THEN a reporter followed up, asking why not just tell the rubes to suck it?
“The president has a range of actions at his disposal,” said Psaki. “He hasn’t ruled out either of those options.”
Yeah. Message received.
