WATCH: Biden’s hack transportation secretary disparages Americans who don’t want electric vehicles

Joe Biden’s hack Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg disparaged Americans this morning who don’t want to be forced into buying electric vehicles, suggesting they are old fashioned and don’t want to change or soemthing.

Here’s what he said:

“I feel like it’s the early 2000s and I’m talking to some people who think that we can just have landline phones forever.”

Noah Blum responded with a good point: “Ok but you actually had reasons why cellphones were better than landlines. What’s your argument in favor of EVs other than “they’re newer”?”

Right. If you just love technology and can afford a Tesla or other EV, that’s totally cool. Buy one. Let the free market dictate this. But I’d rather have a vehicle that costs much less and will get me everywhere I need to go on a tank of gas. And I don’t want the government trying to shove something I don’t want or can’t afford down my throat.
