It turns out that ICE was never at Dodger Stadium yesterday to stage in the parking lot for anything, as officials from the Dodgers claimed.
It was five officers from Border Patrol, who had just ran an operation in Hollywood and needed a place to stage.

Idiots in Los Angeles saw the Border Patrol officers near the stadium, claimed it was ICE on social media, and the next thing you know it turned into a crowd of activists and media helicopters. And it was never ICE to begin with.
